Olivia stepped in to assist Caroline after she completed her postgradc uate MSin Terrorism and Radicalisation, having previously attained an MA in Politics and International Relations. Although she originally saw this as a stepping-stone to a career in her field of study, she soon realised the value and potential of a career in financial services, and chose to stay with Caroline to learn more about the industry. She quickly established herself as integral to the business paraplanning for Caroline for several years, and is now authorised as a financial adviser like her mother and sister.
